Stranadko Е.Ph., Dr. Sci. (Med.), professor, chief of department of laser oncology and photodynamic therapy of State Research and Clinical Center of Laser Medicine named by O.K.Skobelcin of FMBA of Russia (Moscow, Russia).

Professor E.Ph. Stranadko is a pioneer of development and implementation of perspective method of treatment of cancer and non-cancer diseases – photodynamic therapy, in Russia, one of oncologists who were the first to use PDT in clinical practice under Phase I clinical trial of domestic photosensitizer Photohem. For now he is one of the leaders in development of new methods of FD and PDT.

Professor E.Ph. Stranadko – changeless organizer and participant of All-Russian, European and International congresses and conferences for oncology, laser medicine and photodynamic therapy.

In 1997 E.Ph. Stranadko became an academician of Laser academy of sciences of Russian Federation, and in 2005 – an academician of Russian branch of International academy of family medicine.

Professor E.Ph. Stranadko – a member of Scientific councils, task and certifying commissions, a member of editorial board in «Photobiology and photomedicine» journal, a member of editorial board in «Laser medicine» journal, a member of International photodynamic association and the International Society for Optical Engineering, a Russian Federation Government prizewinner in science and engineering for the project «Development and adoption of medical technologies of FD and PDT into oncologic practice».
