Сонодинамическая терапия с фотосенсибилизаторами и ее комбинация с фотодинамической терапией в лечении злокачественных опухолей

Аннотация

В обзоре подробно освещены механизмы, лежащие в основе применения сонодинамической терапии с фотосенсибилизаторами (ультразвук + фотосенсибилизатор), а также комбинации сонодинамической и фотодинамической терапии (ультразвук + фотосенсибилизатор + световое воздействие) для лечения злокачественных новообразований. Приведены и проанализированы данные по эффективности применения указанных методов с фотосенсибилизаторами различной химической структуры в экспериментальных исследованиях в системах in vitro и in vivo на различных опухолевых моделях, а также в клинических исследованиях.
